1. Crack prevention between shear wall, concrete beam slab and masonry:

(3) If the shear wall or beam column is flush with the block wall, a layer of 2-3mm thick 1:3 cement mortar shall be plastered on both sides of the joint before plastering, and then a layer of glass fiber cloth (100mm wide for concrete and wall respectively) shall be pasted with plain mortar (cement: 108 glue: water=1:0.5-0.8:6-8), and then plastered.

2. External wall crack prevention

3. Finished product protection

(1) After the door frame is installed, iron sheet shall be nailed on both sides of the door with a height of 800mm to protect it during construction, and it is strictly prohibited to damage it by carts.

(2) The equipment slot hole shall be reserved. If it is not reserved or missed, the cutting machine shall be used for slotting. Hard chiseling is strictly prohibited to damage the wall. If it is loose, it will be reinforced.

(3) The floor mortar shall be removed in time to avoid bonding with the ground and affecting the construction of the next process.

(4) During the shipping process, the blocks shall be loaded and placed with care, the amount of each room shall be calculated, and the blocks shall be stacked neatly.

(5) Do not damage the built wall and the corners of doors and windows when erecting and removing scaffold.
