1. In order to facilitate batching and reduce the on-site sawing workload during construction, block arrangement design shall be carried out during construction.
2. Before building the wall, spray proper amount of water to the block. The watering amount of water should be 8-10mm deep into the block.
3. It is better to use N5 mixed mortar for masonry mortar, and the mortar joints should be full, with flat mortar joints ≤ 15mm and vertical joints<20mm.
4. The upper and lower joints shall be staggered during masonry, and the overlapping length shall not be less than 1/3 of the overlapping length, but the * * small overlapping length shall not be less than 100mm.
5. The junction of the internal and external walls of the block building and the corner of the external wall should be staggered and seamed, and 2-3 pieces should be placed in every four rows of masonry Φ 6 rebar shall not be less than 100 mm deep into the wall, and the connection between masonry and column shall also be treated as per the above method of setting rebar.
6. During construction, it is not allowed to open holes at will and leave scaffold holes. It is not allowed to leave wrong tenons. Slope tenons can be left.
7. The gap between the wall and the concrete beam, slab bottom must be Aerator block Plug tightly, and the mortar shall be full without gaps. The wall masonry shall be in strict accordance with the Technical Specification for Application of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete. The wall must be constructed within the allowable height thickness ratio. If the height thickness ratio cannot be met, structural columns must be set. When the wall is higher than 4m and longer than 5m, a full-length horizontal reinforcement belt connected with the concrete column shall be set in the middle of the wall.
