1、 Masonry

3. The masonry mortar should be M5 mixed mortar, the mark should not be too high, and the mortar joints should be full. Flat mortar joint shall be ≤ 15mm, and vertical joint shall be ≤ 20mm.
4. The upper and lower joints shall be staggered during masonry, and the overlapping length shall not be less than 1/3 of the length of the overlapped block
5. At the junction of the internal and external walls of the block building, and at the corner of the external wall, the joints shall be staggered and seamed. Two to three Φ 6 rebars shall be placed every four skins in the masonry, and the depth of the wall shall not be less than 1000mm. The connection between the masonry and the column shall be handled according to the above method of setting rebars.
6. During construction, it is not allowed to open holes at will to leave scaffold eyes, but to leave steps for rubbing.
7. The gap between the wall and the concrete beam and the bottom of the slab needs to be plugged with blocks. The mortar should be plump and no gaps should be left. The wall masonry should be strictly in accordance with the Technical Specification for the Application of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete. It is necessary to construct the wall within the allowable height ratio. If the height ratio cannot be met, it is necessary to set structural columns. When the wall height is greater than 4m and the length is greater than 5m, The general horizontal reinforcement belt connected with the concrete column shall be set in the middle of the wall.
2、 Plastering
1. The plastering can be started only after the masonry wall is dry, and the wall finish must be treated with the bottom layer.
2. Before the treatment of the bottom layer, it is necessary to treat the interface gap between two different materials to prevent cracking and hollowing. In addition to the selected steel wire mesh reinforcement, 100mm from each side of the gap as the center shall be fixed with crack resistant mortar.
3. The bottom layer can be treated with 207 glue solution, which can be mixed with 15% cement to form a slurry for brushing, or it can be treated with slurry throwing. Watering is another treatment method, but the depth of water entering the masonry should be 8~10mm. The last water before plastering should be carried out 1 hour before plastering, and plain cement slurry should be applied immediately after watering.
4. After the bottom layer is treated, the plastering shall be carried out immediately. The bottom plastering material shall be the same as that of the aerated concrete material. The plastering shall be transited by layers, and the interval of each mortar layer shall be more than 4 hours.
5. Waterproof treatment shall be carried out between the exterior wall and the roof, the column, and between the toilet wall and the floor.
6. Spray water for maintenance after plastering the exterior wall.
7. The wall finish shall be in accordance with《 Aerated concrete block Building Structure (JSJ Ding - 78).
Special note: The main reason for the cracking and hollowing of the plastering layer is that the bottom plaster and wall bottom layer are not treated according to the requirements of the applied technical regulations.
