2. When autoclaved sand aerated blocks enter the construction site for unloading and stacking, in order to prevent damage to the blocks, it is not allowed to use rough loading and unloading methods such as throwing, turning, etc. They should be handled with care, and the blocks should be stacked neatly according to the type, standard and strength grade; The stacking height on site should not exceed 2m; Passage shall be reserved between the stacking of blocks, and signs shall be set on the stacking. The ground of the site is required to be flat and dry, and should be stacked indoors or in a place not affected by rain and snow. Together, it is required to reduce secondary transfer as much as possible and adhere to the relative stability of the stacking site. It is also required to prevent damage caused by stacking collapse and prevent excessive water absorption of blocks from affecting strength and insulation performance. In case of secondary transfer, special transport vehicles (i.e. flat type vehicles) shall be used instead of dump trucks commonly used on the construction site.
3. For the blocks with missing edges and corners, the degree of influence should not exceed the relevant rules, otherwise the portable electric saw will be used to cut into regular cuboids, and it is not allowed to cut with a knife or an axe, which is mainly to prevent the formation of micro cracks inside the products and affect the life of the masonry.
4. Before the autoclaved sand aerated block is laid, the pitch bar shall be accurately set on the foundation plane or floor plane. because Aerated concrete block The size is large and there are few mortar joints, so the height and orientation of block layer, mortar joints, doors and windows, openings, sill plates, lintels, ring beams, prefabricated components, etc. should be marked on the leather pole. The leather pole should be erected at the junction of corners, interior and exterior walls, and the spacing should be controlled within 10~15m. The accuracy should be checked at any time to ensure that each block is horizontal and vertical, and the surface is flat during masonry.
5. The moisture content should not be greater than 15% when dry construction is used for masonry, and the moisture content should be controlled at about 30% when ordinary mortar is used for masonry. Generally, the masonry surface shall be fully watered the day before masonry, and the autoclaved sand aerated block shall be watered once again on the day of masonry. Because the water absorption characteristics of the block are different from that of the clay brick, its initial water absorption is higher than that of the clay brick, and the continuous water absorption time is longer, so the watering of the block before masonry can ensure all the necessary water for the hydration effect in the hardening process of the masonry mortar itself, and can make the mortar and the block have a certain cohesive force. After watering for two days and twice, the water can invade the block for 8-10mm; However, if a special binder is used for masonry, it is not allowed to wet the block with water, and the operation shall be carried out according to the instructions of the special binder.
