In production Shenyang gas filling block In the process of production, it has strict requirements for raw materials, especially for quicklime, slag, sand, etc.
1. Requirements for quicklime: under production Aerator block During the process, calcium supplied through quicklime will conduct sufficient hydrothermal reaction with SiO2 and l2O3 of silicon containing materials, generate hydrated silicate and hydrated aluminate to obtain strength, and participate in the gas generation reaction of aluminum powder. During the reaction, a lot of heat energy is released, making the temperature of the green body reach 80 ℃ - 90 ℃, so that the green body can be naturally maintained in the static hardening stage. At the same time, it is necessary to increase the regulator to control the hydration heat release rate of lime.
2. Requirements for slag: The slag used to produce aerated blocks is granulated blast furnace slag that has been quenched by water, and the mass fraction of Grade A slag is required to be at least 65%. SiO2 and Al2O3 in the glassy component contained in this slag are active and store a lot of chemical internal energy, thus improving the stability of pouring and promoting the hardening of green body to a certain extent.
3. Requirements for sand: the chemical composition and mineral composition of sand have a great impact on the quality of aerated blocks. Therefore, the requirements for sand selection are very high. Generally speaking, the higher the quartz content in the sand, the better the quality of the aerated blocks produced with it.
4. Requirements for fly ash: under production Aerated concrete block In the process of cementation, fly ash has dual functions of aggregate and cementitious material. Fly ash is simultaneously supplied to SiO2 and Al2O3 for hydrothermal reaction with CaO to generate hydrated silicate and hydrated aluminate, so that the block can obtain strength. Therefore, the fly ash used to produce aerated blocks should have the necessary fineness, and if the fineness is insufficient, it should be refined through secondary processing.
