        Aerator block Wall plastering method

1. Clean the bottom layer of aerated block, use 10% caustic soda water to remove the oil stain on the surface of concrete, and then dry it in the air. Use a broom to throw a layer of 1:1 porridge shaped cement fine mortar, so that it can be condensed on the surface of smooth bottom layer. It is better to use hands to break it.

2. Nail 5 before plastering × 5mm steel wire mesh, and then tighten it firmly. The steel wire mesh at the aerated concrete frame column, window sill beam and wall cushion shall be fixed with cement.

3. Before plastering, the pipe shall pass through the wall hole and the casing shall be placed in time, and then filled and compacted with 1:3 cement mortar. The back wall of radiators and dense pipes shall be plastered, preferably in front of radiators and pipes. The joints of aerated block plastering surface shall be smooth.

4. Before plastering the aerated block, check the doors and windows, and confirm the plastering position of the position explained to the doors and windows.

5. The control line of plastering layer shall be snapped on the aerated block wall after the external wall corner, door and window opening corner, decorative column corner, wall surface, etc. are hung vertically and reinforced according to the mortar cake.

6. At the window sill, awning, balcony, coping and other parts, the slope of water flow shall be well prepared, and a drip line shall be made below. The distance between the slope of water flow and the drip line and the external surface shall not be less than 40mm. The drip line of air filling block shall ensure the correct slope direction.

7. Mix a certain amount of cement slurry, and then plaster 1:3 cement mortar. The thickness of aerated block is 5~7mm each time, and it shall be leveled with the filled reinforcement layer by layer. It shall be leveled and straightened with a big bar, and roughened with a wooden trowel.

8. After the aerated block base mortar is plastered, the surface mortar can be plastered the next day. The surface mortar cooperation ratio is 1:2.5 cement mortar, and the thickness is 5-8mm. Then, pull out the dividing strip and hook the seam with plain cement paste after the ash layer is dry. As for the dividing strip that is difficult to lift, it should not be hardened to prevent damage to edges and corners. It should be filled up and pointed after the layer is completely dry.
