1、 Material requirements
1. Sand aerated block Stacking shall be avoided from rain and damp, and shall be stored indoors.
2. Handle with care during handling or installation, and keep vertical direction during stacking. The stacking shall not exceed nine layers.
3. Wall bonding materials and finishing materials must meet the specified quality standards and use requirements.
2、 Construction process: setting out of partition wall → installing wood frames at door and window openings → making wall mats → arranging blocks → building block walls → installing pipelines and hangers → leveling walls → construction of finishing layer
3、 Construction conditions
1. Construction and acceptance shall be carried out after the completion of structural works and roof waterproof layer.
2. Finish plastering the wall, ground and ceiling.
3. When the wall cushion is designed and installed, the partition can be installed only after the construction of the wall cushion belt is completed and the design strength is reached.
4. The positions of water, electricity and gas pipelines passing through the wall shall be marked. 5. According to the materials and construction tools proposed by the design and construction, make all preparations to make them complete.
4、 Construction requirements
1. Set out the wall centerline. Clear the floating ash and excess mortar on the surface of the wall, ground, roof, beam, column and other places where the gypsum block wall is located, level the surface, and set out the wall centerline according to the requirements of the design drawing.
2. Install the wood frames of door and window openings. According to the design requirements, first install the door opening frame of the partition wall; If the partition wall has a window, the window opening frame shall be installed when the partition wall is built to the height of the window bottom frame.
3. Make wall cushion. This process shall be carried out when wall cushion is required by the design. The wall pad can be built with brick or precast concrete wall pad, or can be used as cast-in-place concrete wall pad. When making a wall pad, the center line must be aligned with the center line of the wall to ensure the correct position of the partition.
