The additive added to sand aerated block is a method to make building materials better. Gypsum acts as a regulator in the gas generation process in the production of aerated bricks. Gypsum is a common cementing material. Gypsum is not only used as a regulator in the gas generation process, but also can improve the strength of products, reduce shrinkage and improve frost resistance due to its participation in hydrothermal synthesis reaction.
1. Participate in the gas generation reaction of aluminum powder. When gypsum exists, it reacts with aluminum powder and water to generate aluminum hydroxide to generate calcium sulphoaluminate. Therefore, in some aerated bricks (such as cement slag sand, cement sand), when gypsum in cement is consumed too much by the reaction of aluminum powder, rapid setting may occur because the aluminate composition in cement cannot be inhibited by gypsum. At this time, gypsum should be added.
2. Inhibiting lime digestion, prolonging its digestion time and reducing the final digestion temperature.
3. It can inhibit the formation of water garnet, so that free aluminum ions enter into CSH (I), and some of them are converted into aluminum substituted tobermorite. AI2O3 itself can also promote the conversion of CSH (I) to tobermorite, and prevent it from converting to xonotlite, thus increasing the strength and reducing the shrinkage value.
4. Improve the strength of green body and products, and improve the shrinkage and other properties. Gypsum participates in the formation of hydrated calcium sulphoaluminate and C-S-H gel in the green body during static shutdown, which improves the strength of the green body. The ability of green body to adapt to temperature difference stress and humidity difference stress during autoclaving is enhanced. In the autoclave process, gypsum can promote the hydrothermal reaction and transform CSH (I) into tobermorite.
Installation process
1. The whole wall panel shall be fixed first, then the door and window opening wall panel. The whole panel shall be installed first and then the complementary panel shall be installed correctly. During the fabrication of the patch board, the whole board shall be marked according to the actual size of the row board, cut with a cutting machine, and the vertical cut shall be sealed and filled with cement mortar. The surface shall still be coated with adhesive when splicing.
2. When installing the wallboard, the bonding surface of its top and side edges shall be coated with adhesive, and the coating shall be even without omission. The thickness of adhesive coating shall not be less than 5mm.
3. When the wallboard is erected, use a crowbar to squeeze it in place, correct the perpendicularity and the flatness of adjacent boards, ensure that the joints are tight and straight, then use a wooden wedge at the top of the wallboard, the gap should not be greater than 5mm, the extruded mortar should be scraped and supplemented in time, and the wall surface should be leveled and vertical with a guiding rule and a line board.
