        Autoclaved aerated concrete blocks characteristic:

1. Light weight: the dry bulk density of this product at different levels is 400-600kg/m3, which is 1/3 of red bricks and 1/4 of cement bricks. Therefore, it can effectively reduce the self weight of buildings, reduce the foundation and structural input, and reduce the labor intensity during construction.

2. High strength: because the product size is accurate and six sides are cut and thin layer mortar is used for masonry, the strength utilization coefficient is greatly improved. The masonry strength of the block is about 80% of the strength of the block itself (only 30% for red bricks).

3. Environmental protection: This product is made of fly ash, cement, lime and gypsum as the main raw materials. The inorganic environmental protection wall materials do not produce any pollution during production, transportation and application. It is an excellent green building material product without radioactivity.

4. Accurate dimension: advanced production technology and equipment ensure the accuracy of product appearance dimension, and the length, width and height of products are higher than the requirements of national standards for superior products.

5. Economical type: because of the reduction of construction weight, the cost of foundation and structure treatment can be greatly reduced, and the comprehensive cost can be reduced because the high-precision surface can be directly plastered, the data used to cut the surface painting and the thickness of artificial products are relatively small, the utilization coefficient of the building can be increased, and the thermal insulation performance of the applied surface is good, which can greatly reduce the operating cost of the building.

6. Impermeability: the internal small holes of the product are all independent closed holes with a diameter of about 1-2mm, which can effectively prevent water diffusion. According to the standard impermeability test method, the drop height of the permeable water column is only 1/4 of that of the red brick.

7. Fire resistance: both the raw materials and the product itself are inorganic and non combustible. The test shows that this product is an ambitious fire protection material. The fire resistance of 10 cm thick walls can reach more than 3 hours, so this product is widely used as a firewall.

8. Good sound insulation: according to the wall thickness and surface treatment method, the wall can be soundproofed to 30-52 dB, which is also a good sound absorption material.

9. Thermal insulation: when 1/7 of the thermal conductivity of the brick masonry of this product is used as the peripheral structure, it can meet the thermal insulation and energy saving requirements of energy-saving residential buildings in China without assistance of thermal insulation materials. The 4-5cm product can achieve the thermal insulation effect of a brick wall.
